It appears we are getting closer to consensus that the VP, Trademarks is responsible for setting policy and the PMC's are responsible for implementing said policy. Some details remain to be discussed.
Several officers appear to have differing opinions of who sets definitive trademark policy for the ASF. The main issue for now is whether the VP, Trademarks or individual PMC's are responsible for trademark policy and enforcement. The discussion was deferred until the next meeting.
